Please fill out all of the information below completely and accurately to ensure that your repairs are handled in a timely manner. You should a receive a call from our office to confirm and/or clarify your request(s) within 48 hours of receipt. If you have not received a confirmation call within 48 hours, please contact our office immediately to ensure proper handling of your warranty reqeust.

Availability

Repairs will be completed during working hours (08:00 to 17:00 AST), Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Please indicate the times at which you or your representative can be on site to admit access to the contractor performing your repair(s). Repairs will not be completed without a client or client's representative on site.

Warranty Service Item(s)

Please describe in detail your the warranty service item(s) that you believe need to be addressed. Be as specific as possible, citing location (such as North East Wall of West bedroom near south doorway, etc), material (such as wallboard, insulation, window, kitchen top, bathroom top, etc), and description of the concern (such as chip in surface, etc.). The more specific the description is, the more quickly our service staff will be able to evaluate and address it.
